Vegetarian cuisine class in Paris with a professional Chef

This workshop enables participants to discover the secrets of vegetarian cuisine through original recipes which are full of flavour and have been created by Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef Instructors.
In addition to the culinary techniques Le Cordon Bleu Chefs Instructors will share, you will also learn how to prepare tasty vegetarian recipes yourself.
This workshop takes place in a space dedicated to cuisine lessons. Each participant has their own work station for making their dishes from A to Z whilst following the advice of the Chef. Each participant makes two vegetarian dishes and takes their creations away with them to share with their family and friends.
This "Cordon Vert" workshop on vegetarian cuisine is open to all: vegetarians, those who want to learn more and those who are passionate about cuisine. You can trust in the expertise of our Chefs to provide modern recipes which respect vegetarian cuisine guidelines.
On the menu:
The perfect egg, white asparagus cream with liquorice, peas and shoots
Coloured carrots with fresh turmeric, currant marinade, fried rice cakes with black sesame seeds

Garden tomato medley, creamy burrata, basil, black olives, pomegranate red pesto & raspberries
French green beans, white peach & small golden chanterelle mushrooms, fried red quinoa, tangy “ume” plum jus
8 October, 17 November
Cauliflower tabbouleh with coriander and turmeric, fresh salsa sauce
Vegetable broth with aromatics, pan-fried artisan tofu with ginger
Two dishes are prepared by the participants, followed by an on-site tasting.
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
