Students are introduced to professional techniques and the study of classic dishes which includes includes elements of French culinary techniques and international cooking styles.

This diploma focuses on gradually learning the fundamental techniques of traditional French pastry. Students will learn to master the most complex contemporary desserts

Students will master traditional and modern artisan bread-making techniques. Varieties of breads, viennoiseries, and sourdoughs while gaining insights into kitchen management and small business operations.
