Why Le Cordon Bleu NKUHT?

Founded in June 2015, Le Cordon Bleu NKUHT, located in the Kaohsiung City, is commissioned to provide professional culinary training in Taiwan. As the joint venture with National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT), the excellent higher education institute specialized in hospitality in Taiwan, we aim to provide inspiring and comprehensive culinary education for students to fulfill their dream into reality. Besides practical classes, Le Cordon Bleu NKUHT also incorporates management courses for students to gain an understanding on the overall techniques and knowledge to apply to their career path in a wide variety of field including restaurants and hotels.
