The TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, Ryde College is the venue for our Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute. Located in the leafy suburb of North Ryde, 17 kms north of the Sydney CBD, our specialist tourism and hospitality facility is one of the largest in the Asia-Pacific region. The Institute has proudly been offering Le Cordon Bleu programmes since 1996.

Programmes and Courses

The Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute offers vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes in partnership with the TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, Ryde College.

All programmes have been designed with input from industry and offer a perfect blend of theoretical and practical training. Work-based learning is an integral part of all programmes providing you with the opportunity to apply and contextualise your on-campus studies, and to build your industry networks.

A focus on career development means that upon graduation you are well-equipped with the skills, confidence and qualities to succeed in a variety of middle and upper management roles within a rapidly growing industry sector.

Book a Campus Tour

As part of the tour you will view our state-of-the-art teaching facilities, learn about our unique Culinary Arts (Cookery and Patisserie) and Bachelor Degree study programmes, and have the opportunity to talk directly to Le Cordon Bleu representatives.

Scholarships

If you have ever dreamt of the kind of international hospitality career that a Le Cordon Bleu qualification could offer, then being awarded one of our scholarships may be just want you need to set you firmly on your path.

Le Cordon Bleu Australia offers an exciting annual scholarship program to Australian and international students, and industry/media professionals. Scholarships range from $5,000 to $30,000 and apply to study our culinary arts and hospitality programmes.

Scholarships are generously funded by Le Cordon Bleu Australia, private benefactors, philanthropic foundations and government agencies.
