The Secrets of Choux Pastry workshop offers choux pastry classes in a perfectly equipped pastry room in the heart of Paris.
After a demonstration by the Pastry Chef, the participants go through the different steps of making choux pastry under the Chef's guidance. Each participant is guided by a professional Pastry Chef to accompany them in the different steps of the preparation. Attending our Les Secrets des Choux workshop offers you many advantages and a concrete foundation in pastry making.
At the end of the course, each participant can take home the preparations made during the workshop to please their loved ones. Finally, you should know that this pastry class on choux is for everyone: beginners, pastry lovers or even experts and advanced cooks.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
