The Restaurant Management Diploma trains future restaurant managers. Students follow theory classes and carry out internships in companies in order to become restaurant industry professionals.

Our students carry out their internships in establishments such as the Plaza Athénée, Le Meurice or Le Bristol where, on a daily basis, they work alongside and learn from top notch professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry. At the end of their training programme the new graduates begin careers in restaurant management related professions in both France and abroad.
