Bachelors of Business

Topic: Remote Management in the Hospitality Industry.
Guest: Sandrine Cambazar, Director of human resources for the prestigious Yannick Alléno Group, has worked more than 10 years in the luxury hospitality industry. She has been a consultant for the Le Cordon Bleu Bachelors programs since their creation.

During this open house, Ms. Cambazar will discuss the transition to remote work and the adaptation of management to this new way of working with its teams in the hotel sector.

Topic: Four hands demonstration orchestrated by two talented Chefs instructors
Chef de Cuisine, Guillaume Siegler and Chef Pâtissier, Frédéric Deshayes, will demonstrate together and share their culinary technical skills and know-how.
This represents a great opportunity for prospective students to find out more about the Culinary Arts programmes and courses which are offered at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Topic: The global wine sector: trends and perspective for recovery in an industry severely impacted by the Covid-19.
The current situation due to the Covid-19 has severely impacted the core businesses of the Wine industry. Nicolas Bonnot and Clément Gautier, Chef Sommelier instructors, will discuss the consequences of the crisis as well as their reflections on the prospects for the wine industry.

MBA in International Hospitality and Culinary Leadership

Topic: Leading and Inspiring Actions: Managing Strategy in the post-Covid International Hospitality World.

Robertson Hunter Stewart has worked his way up to being a general manager for some of the largest luxury hotels in Europe. He is now teaching for prestigious management schools in Paris, including the new MBA in International Hospitality and Culinary Leadership at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
