Le Cordon Bleu Paris Scholarship 2025
A unique opportunity for the culinary talents of tomorrow

To mark its 130th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu Paris is now accepting applications for its 2025 Scholarship, offering one outstanding candidate the exceptional opportunity to enrol in the Grand Diplôme with Internship Pathway.

This 18 month programme in cuisine and pâtisserie provides world-class training under the guidance of renowned chefs, a comprehensive course that serves as a true springboard for a successful career in the world of gastronomy.

If you are passionate, driven, and ready to fully commit, this scholarship could be the first step towards a promising future in the culinary arts.

Planning

Applications open from 1st May to 30th June 2025
Online registration available on the official Le Cordon Bleu Paris website
Announcement of the 21 semi-finalists on 21st July 2025
Semi-final at the institute on 5 September
Final at the institute on 23 October

Semi-finals: a culinary and sensory challenge

The 21 semi-finalists will be put to the test through:

One-on-one interview with two chefs
Quiz on Le Cordon Bleu + written knowledge test
Sensory challenge: product recognition

Final: an exceptional experience

The 12 finalists will compete in an outstanding culinary test:

Demonstration of a dish by a Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chefs
Practical workshop: reproduction of the dish with a touch of pâtisserie
Evaluation by a panel of experts during the practical session and tasting

Who can apply?

Reside in France
Be 18 years old or over
Be available for the selection stages (semi-finals & final), travel expenses not covered
Be an amateur (not a Le Cordon Bleu alumnus and have no professional experience

Prizes

First Prize: A place on the Grand Diplôme with Professional Pathway (18 months), starting in 2026 (term of choice)
Second Prize: Basic Cuisine or Pâtisserie Certificate
Third Prize: 4-day Intensive Wine Course
