Testimonials

  • "I have taken many short wine courses in my life and I learned more in this course than in every other wine course all added together. Clement's knowledge and teaching style are outstanding. He is one of the best teachers that I have had in a long time. My one suggestion for improvement would be to distribute the presentation that he uses to the paying members of the class. I am sure that it took many years to create a presentation of such high quality; however, the fact that it is of such high quality would make it very helpful to retain."
Jim Vesterman, Intensive Wine Course 2022
  • "This class exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructor (Clement) was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic and made it very engaging. The only drawback was that the class had to end. I think the whole class would have willingly spent another week learning as much as possible. The wines we tasted, the food and wine pairing luncheon, the Riedel master class, all top notch. As mainly an English speaker, I also have to give credit for Sophie's translation skills. She didn't just translate, she was genuinely interested in the topic herself and at times asked questions that benefitted all of us (French or English)."
Rob Ringenberg, Intensive Wine Course 2021
  • I was really impressed by the teacher's commitment during the course. There was a technical, educational and social atmosphere that really motivated me to learn and fueled my interest in wine. Overall, I had an experience that I will hold dear for the rest of my life. Clément is truly a character and a teacher who brings great value to students. I am particularly impressed.
