The Art of French Cuisine – Provence workshop presentation
This cuisine workshop, with reputed Chefs from the French gastronomy scene, will enable you to discover the specialities of the Provence region.
To provide the best possible learning environment, the Art of French Cuisine – Provence workshop takes place in a room, equipped with individual work stations for each participant, in central Paris. As such, you will be able to fully express your culinary talent and learn the fundamentals of this authentic regional cuisine which is packed full of flavours.
Open to all, both amateurs and professionals looking for new recipes, this Provencal cuisine workshop is a unique opportunity to try out a new experience in the company of an experienced Chef.
You will work on creating a classic Provencal starter, main course and dessert, under the watchful eye of a cuisine Chef. Pay close attention to the Chef’s advice and demonstrations and Provencal cuisine will no longer hold any secrets for you. Thanks to this workshop, you will at last be able to prepare a Provencal menu, from A to Z, for your family and master Provencal cuisine recipes like a chef!
The icing on the cake is tasting everything you made, with the Chef and the other participants, at the end of the workshop!

Sardinian fregola risotto, semi-dried tomato quarters, cuttlefish with Espelette pepper
Golden pan fried cod, tangy apricot butter, slow cooked covered zucchini with marjoram, crisp zucchini flowers

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
