The Art of French Cuisine - Provence

Through a cuisine workshop initiated by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, you will discover the specialties of the Provence region.

For optimal comfort, the Art of French Cooking - Provence workshop takes place in a room equipped with individual cooking stations in the center of Paris. You will be able to express your cooking talents and learn the basics of an authentic regional cuisine rich in flavors.

You will be able to prepare three typical Provençal dishes under the watchful eye of the Chef de Cuisine. Follow the Chef's demonstration and advice and the cuisine of Provence will hold no secrets for you. Thanks to this workshop, you will finally be able to prepare a complete Provencal menu for the whole family and master the recipes of Provencal cuisine like a chef!

Accessible to all, amateurs as well as professionals in search of new recipes, this Provencal cooking workshop is a unique opportunity to try a new experience.

Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
