Le Grand Diplôme® is a comprehensive training programme in cuisine and pastry. It is ideal for becoming a cuisine chef or pastry chef or opening your own business (restaurant, pastry shop, tea or coffee room…).

The Grand Diplôme cuisine and pastry lessons are taught by Chef Instructors who are there to guide students and teach them French culinary techniques. French pastry no longer holds any secrets for our graduates
