Culinary workshops and demonstrations for groups of 10 to 200 people

Private demonstration

Length: 3 hours

Price per person:

Capacity: 15 to 200 people

Le Cordon Bleu Chefs reveal all the secrets of a menu chosen by the participants during a demonstration. The Chef prepares the dishes in front of you, explaining the skills and techniques employed step-by-step.

The demonstration includes tasting the dishes prepared.

Food and wine pairing

Length: 2 hours

Price:

Capacity: 15 to 48 people

During this demonstration, participants discover the remarkable world of food and wine pairing whilst sharpening their palates. A Le Cordon Bleu Chef and sommelier work in tandem for this 2 hour demonstration, during which the Chef prepares several dishes and the sommelier selects the wines to be paired with each one.

Length: 3 hours

During these workshops, participants prepare a dish or pastry from start to finish, from a list of possibilities. A Le Cordon Bleu Chef is on-hand to provide support and share their expertise, techniques and tips. Participants can take home what they have made at the end of the workshop.

Make a dish to taste with a Chef! During a 3h workshop, a Le Cordon Bleu Chef shares the techniques and tips necessary for making a recipe. After an aperitif, participants enjoy the dish they have plated with a glass of wine.

Demonstration followed by a workshop

Length: 6 hours

After watching a cuisine or pastry demonstration, each participant makes a dish or pastry during a practical class in which they are guided every step of the way by a Le Cordon Bleu Chef. The techniques taught by the Chef during the demonstration are employed during the workshop.

Participants can take home what they have made at the end of the workshop.

Market tour and cooking

Length: 6 hours

Capacity: 10 to 12 people

During a tour of a traditional Parisian market, a Le Cordon Bleu Chef reveals the secrets to choosing the best regional and seasonal produce. Several ingredients, bought at the market, are used by participants in a workshop at the Institute during which they are guided every step of the way by a professional.

This discovery includes a tasting of the dishes.
