Chocolate will no longer hold any secrets for you once you have taken part in our Secrets of Chocolate workshop. Those who love chocolate desserts and treats will learn all about the virtues of the cocoa bean and the secrets of preparing chocolate.
Paris is the perfect city to discover the art of chocolatemaking. Our workshop allows you to observe the methods of storing and preparing chocolate.
Apron and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.
Reconnect with your inner child and enjoy this immersive experience to discover the secrets of great chocolatiers and master the art of chocolate in a friendly and warm setting.

Note:
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
