Top quality teaching, a multi-faceted approach to food which opens up new avenues of discovery and sometimes challenges conventional ways of thinking, showcasing the art of living: since 2004, the Advanced Studies in Taste have provided a challenging and unique experience to individuals from around the globe (45 nationalities to date).
This two week training programme on the culture of taste, gastronomy and the art of fine dining, leads to a University Diploma delivered by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
It is taught by university professors, researchers, food experts and professionals, to cover the diverse scientific, sociological, historical and economic aspects of food.
