Have you ever dreamt of making delicious French pastries? From mythical macarons to the art of chocolate, from tarts to choux pastry, our pastry Chefs will share their culinary secrets with you to create pastries with a special touch.
Throughout the workshop, a pastry Chef shows participants the different steps of the recipe, as well as how to successfully prepare it. Participants are invited to reproduce each step of the creation.
Le Cordon Bleu - Hôtel de la Marine offers a variety of wine tasting workshops, open to all, with no experience required. In our wine tasting room, you will learn step-by-step how to recognize wines, serve them and pair them with various dishes, guided by our Head Sommelier Vincent Feron, who has many years of experience promoting French gastronomy internationally.
