Culinary and Wine Workshops at Place de la Concorde

Excellent experience for a pastry workshop followed by a cooking workshop. Very welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. The workshops are accessible to all levels. The two chefs were very attentive, not hesitating to share little tips. The high quality simultaneous translation is a real bonus for non-French speakers. I recommend it 100%!

Excellent course. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and friendly and approachable. His superior knowledge of cheese pairing was evident.

The chef were so kind & patient while carefully teaching me each step of recipe for macaron. They worked hard to connect with me and help me to feel confident about completing successfully the macaron recipe. The translator was excellent and so kind. I felt welcomed in Le Cordon Bleu kitchen and I plan to return for more classes.

Chef and his assistants were wonderful! Patient and very helpful! We learned a lot, had fun, and made a delicious meal. We would return again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed the macaroon workshop, a little apprehensive at first because macaroons aren't easy. I love baking for my family, friends and colleagues, at my own level. The chef was very good, the explanations very clear and the snack after the workshop was great. Superb welcome. I had a great time.

This Wine Workshop about the wines from the Rhone area was definitely one of the best wine tasting and learning experiences EVER (and I have done wine tastings in a number of wine regions of the world!. The Chef Sommelier was masterful, engaging, helpful...he made the experience a lot of FUN! Highly recommended for this or any of the other wine workshops offered by this Chef Sommelier at L'Institut le Cordon Bleu Hotel de la Marine in Paris, France. Don't bother searching anywhere else....just make the Cordon Bleu your stop for learning about wines and tasting some exceptional vintages, while visiting or living in Paris! 5 STAR all the way! Bravo!

My husband and I enjoyed the oenology workshop led by sommelier Vincent Feron in a relaxed and instructive atmosphere. It was a real pleasure. We highly recommend this workshop.

I had the best time at my class at the cordon bleu hotel de la marine. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The class was really well paced and I felt like I had time to both learn and practice and did not feel rushed. I enjoyed having my own workspace to make creation as I attended solo so could focus on doing everything independently. Thanky ou so much and I hope to see you again soon.

The Le Cordon Bleu Hôtel de la Marine Captain Workshop was so great. The chef was very friendly and fun, the recipe was easy to follow, and the final dish was delicious! It was a really fun thing to do in Paris – would recommend it to anyone who loves food & cooking.

The Cordon Bleu dinner workshop at L'Hotel de la Marine was a wonderful cooking and dining experience. The Chef was so generous with his explanations which were translated right away into English. It was great to see his technique and hear his advice on the nuances of preparing the dishes. The workstations all had induction cook tops and the ingredients and the equipment were well organized and ready to use. After we prepared the first course, our group had a Champagne toast and then went to the beautiful dining room for a lovely dinner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We all had an amazing evening.

We were enchanted by the moment we shared at this dinner workshop. We enjoyed ourselves both literally (yum yum) and figuratively: a magnificent venue, exceptional facilities and equipment, a super-friendly chef, a great teacher, a delicious dinner and, last but not least, top-notch staff... In a word: an exceptional experience. Thank you so much!

Juliette was fantastic and I enjoyed every minute. I will come back many more times for the Captain and Admiral workshops. I have just retired and lived to France from Greenwich CT / NYC. Food and cooking is my passion from Julia Childs days at Cordon Bleu. This is a dream for me to come here and learn more about Viking.
