A 1-hour visit on foot of one of Paris’s 80 markets with a Le Cordon Bleu Chef which will notably enable you to discover the secrets of selecting the best fruit, vegetables and other terroir products.
Market Tour & Cooking workshop presentation
The workshop we have prepared, with a cuisine Chef, in central Paris, will teach you another way of cooking. Fruit and vegetables, quality meats and fresh cheeses take pride of place in this workshop. An approximately two hour visit to a Parisian market will enable you to discover different terroir products accompanied by our Chefs.
This is the opportunity for the Chef Instructors to teach you how to select the products you use to make your favourite dishes and desserts. You will become a culinary expert, capable of selecting the best products from the market stalls. After this short stroll, it will be time to make the dishes that you will taste with the Chef!
The Chef Instructor will share the secrets of cooking fresh and seasonal products. The Market Tour and Cooking workshop is open to all, whether a professional Chef, keen to learn, or a quality product enthusiast.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
