February 2019 - You are invited to discover Le Cordon Bleu Advanced Studies in Taste programme. The next session will take place from 14 to 26 October 2019.

France's finest experts in all things gastronomic, including university professors, renowned researchers and food experts deliver intensive and informative classes, workshops, exclusive food and wine pairing dinners, visits and tastings to enable you to explore the cultural, historic, sociological, scientific and economic aspects of taste and gastronomy.

This two-week training programme on the culture of taste, gastronomy and the art of fine dining, leads to a University Diploma delivered by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
