Making your own Bread Workshop presentation

The Making your own Bread Workshop provides the rare opportunity to discover the art of making your own bread. The training session last 6 hours and is taught by an experienced bakery Chef in a comfortable work space which is studious, warm and friendly. The Making your own Bread workshop is suitable for bread making amateurs and those who want to learn more about the fundamentals of making bread and the secrets of top bakers. Beginners, enthusiasts or can, therefore, take part in this workshop and benefit from the seasoned experience of the best French bakery Chefs.
The session begins with the Instructor demonstrating their expertise. Participants can see bread being created in the hands of the bakery Chef. They then reproduce, step by step, all the stages involved in making the recipes. The Chef is on hand to provide support throughout the lesson.
The Making your own Bread Workshop ends in a relaxed fashion with the opportunity to taste all the Chef’s creations. Participants can take everything they made during the workshop home with them.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
