Burgundy offers a wide variety of specialties that deserve to be shared and tasted.
On the program, a complete menu of three dishes that will help you discover the varied flavors of Burgundy. A Chef instructor will accompany you step by step so that Burgundian cuisine no longer holds any secrets for you. He will help you master all the techniques you will need to reproduce the recipes at home.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

Cheese choux pastries
Snail and mushroom fricassee with Chablis, watercress, hazelnuts
Beef Burgundy with blackcurrants and coloured carrots
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
