The Secrets of Tarts

A workshop dedicated to the art of sweet tarts for all gourmands and pie lovers.
The Secrets of Tarts workshop is ideal for those who wish to deepen their mastery of this culinary art, as well as for those who hope to benefit from the presence of a Chef to perfect their technique.
Throughout the workshop, the Pastry Chef will show participants the different steps of the recipe, as well as how to proceed in order to succeed in the preparation. All participants are invited to reproduce each step of the design. At the end of the session, the participant will have the opportunity to take home the preparations they have made to share with their loved ones.
This workshop is open to all, and at the end of the class, everyone will be able to offer a tart to their loved ones.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%).
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
