The Wine & Management Diploma is aimed at those wishing to open a wine bar, or those wishing to become a wine merchant, a sommelier or to become a wine and spirits buyer. This full-time course, focused on beverages, enables students to acquire in-depth knowledge of the world of wine through theoretical and practical training.
By completing the Diploma in Culinary Management, students develop their managerial skills in order to prepare, with the careful guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chefs and experts, the launch of their own culinary business project.
