Which hotel, restaurant or culinary management programme to choose?

Becoming a manager thanks to the Bachelors

During the Bachelor's degree programme, designed in partnership with the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL, students learn about service jobs and professional and managerial culture by alternating theory classes and practice. This gives them the opportunity to position themselves and choose the path that suits them best in the food and beverage industry when they graduate.

In the Bachelor of Business in Culinary Arts, students acquire the skills needed to open their own restaurant, manage a restaurant in a hotel group or become a culinary journalist.

The Bachelor of Business in International Hospitality Management trains students to become hotel managers. To do this, they will learn how to welcome a customer, providing their guests with a luxury experience and a service of excellence from the rooms to the food and beverage and how to manage a team, a budget and a service.

Boosting one's career and becoming a leader in the hospitality industry with the MBA

The MBA in International Hospitality and Culinary Leadership, in partnership with the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL, is a training programme aimed at experienced professionals wishing to reach positions of responsibility in the Hospitality and Culinary sector.

Other management courses

The Wine & Management Diploma is aimed at those wishing to open a wine bar, or those wishing to become a wine merchant, a sommelier or to become a wine and spirits buyer. This full-time course, focused on beverages, enables students to acquire in-depth knowledge of the world of wine through theoretical and practical training.

By completing the Diploma in Culinary Management, students develop their managerial skills in order to prepare, with the careful guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chefs and experts, the launch of their own culinary business project.
