Any student that has a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, it's sort of a seal of approval for restaurateurs or hoteliers in knowing that person has all the foundations that we require to blend into a team and get along with everyone knowing that they know all the languages and all the equipment that we already use. So for us, it really is the passport to say that we can take this person on tomorrow and we know their capabilities.
