Le Cordon Bleu London hosted its first Summer Festival on Saturday 29th June - thank you to all that attended and made it such a fantastic day.
The Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2019 included interactive practical workshops and tastings with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, lecturers and alumni, demonstrations from a host of guest chefs from high-end restaurants, as well as a Slow Food Market featuring a range of producers and a pop up bookshop from leading publishers Phaidon.

The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2019 hosted practical workshops throughout the day, allowing attendees to get a hands-on experience cooking at Le Cordon Bleu. Workshops cost £25 each and included festival entrance and the equipment required, including Zwilling knives. In addition to this, the Wine & Beverages Tasting workshop was priced at just £15. Each workshop focused on a different discipline based on the skills taught on the programmes and courses offered at Le Cordon Bleu London.
