At many events, you can also find out more about our degree programmes in partnership with Birkbeck, University of London, which include the BBA Culinary Industry Management and the MSc Culinary Innovation Management.

Perfect Pairings - The Art & Science Behind Wine

On Thursday 20th October, Le Cordon Bleu London are hosting an evening wine pairing demonstration in partnership with Yhangry and hosted by sommelier Isabelle Lynch.

Taking the role of head of wine at The Wine List, her role involved acting as buyer, researching, finding and importing wine, filmed educational videos and led both intimate and large scale wine tasting events. Now as part of Yhangry's rapidly growing team, she consults hundreds of clients on their wine pairings for over 500 chefs. She teaches Yhangry's chefs about wine, giving them the knowledge to elevate their own dinner parties and create an entire restaurant in their clients homes.

On 25th October, Le Cordon Bleu London will be joined by Steve Smith MW, a leading authority in the New Zealand wine industry and joint proprietor of Smith & Sheth and Pyramid Valley, for an evening of New Zealand wines.

The title of this exciting event is Cool Stories of Wine and Vine from Aotearoa New Zealand, and tastings include:

In place of our usual open house events, we are offering a virtual open house, accessible via webinar. This represents a fantastic chance to get answers to any questions you may have regarding the programmes and courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu, as well as providing a great insight into the life of a Le Cordon Bleu London student.
