              #Discover Fish and Shellfish: the workshop


              In this 2.5 hour hands-on cooking course, our Chef will guide you through the preparation of some of the most delicious fish and shellfish. Alongside learning how to expertly fillet a flat fish, you will be taught how to prepare a range of exquisite recipes, all of which can easily be replicated at home.

              Content of our fish and shellfish cooking workshop:

              • Molluscs: Preparing and cooking live diver scallops
                Recipe: Pan fried scallops* with endives
              • Flat Fish: Preparing, filleting and cooking a lemon sole
                Recipe: Lemon sole* fillets Grenoble style

              *This produce is subject to change dependent on market availability.

              Included in the price:
              2.5 hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron and tea towel. Maximum of 16 participants working at their own station. No previous experience is required to participate in this course
