Brazilian cuisine features an array of extraordinary tropical flavours influenced by Portuguese settlers. Taking influence from Le Cordon Bleu Brazil's Diploma in Brazilian Cuisine, this 1-day course, we will introduce you to the diverse tastes of Brazil through a collection of authentic fusion dishes carefully designed by Le Cordon Bleu Brazil.
Under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu chef, you will learn Brazilian techniques and cooking methods, which you will put to the test to create 3 classic Brazilian dishes. Bom apetite!
Dishes taught on the course:
- Moqueca – Brazilian seafood stew
- Feijão Tropeiro – Black beans with eggs, chorizo and kale
- Bolinho de Macaxeira – Cassava balls stuffed with mozarella cheese
This class is part of our Culinary Voyage series, which features a different exciting world cuisine in each class. Choose from Spanish, Lebanese, Peruvian, Turkish and Brazilian cuisines.
