Whether it's breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea, freshly baked pastries are always a welcome treat. This six-hour cookery course will uncover the secret to making perfect pastries including Pain au Chocolat, Danish Pastries and Sweet Brioche.
Our Master Baker will impart his knowledge on how to mix, knead and roll the perfect, butter-enriched yeast dough.
Included in the price:
A six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30 minute break), all ingredients, a recipe booklet, an apron and tea towel. All of the delectable breakfast pastries created during the day are yours to take home with you. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
