Christmas Chocolate Workshop


Learn to create personalised chocolate gifts and a stunning chocolate centerpiece for the festive season with our Christmas Chocolate Workshop. You will be taught under the careful guidance of our Master Pâtissier to develop essential skills and techniques in:

  • Tempering
  • Ganache
  • Piping designs
  • Moulding, shaping and rolling
  • Coating

You will also be shown how to prepare and package your chocolates to present them as a gift.

Through the application of the above pastry techniques, you will gain experience creating truffles and chocolate decorations that can be enjoyed at home or given as a personalised handmade gift.

Included in price:
A six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30 minute break), all ingredients, a recipe booklet, an apron and tea towel. All cooking equipment, gift packaging and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for your use on the day. All of the items you create during this workshop are yours to take home at the end of the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.

Maximum of 16 participants working at their own station.
