Our new 7 month Diplôme de Boulangerie aims to teach students a variety of techniques like basic bread doughs, viennoiserie, and sourdoughs as well as the essential knowledge required for running a small bakery business. The Diplôme de Boulangerie can be studied alongside our Diplôme de Pâtisserie
Our 10-day Boulangerie course will teach you key techniques and methods to make artisan bread, viennoiserie and a wide range of enriched dough.
We also offer a selection of one day courses to learn very specific skills focusing on one main topic such as Artisan Italian Bread or Breakfast Baking.
