Le Cordon Bleu London alumna Eleanor McCulloch completed the Diplôme de Pâtisserie in March 2023 and joined The Dorchester shortly after graduating.
Eleanor first met Executive Pastry Chef, Michael Kwan, at a Le Cordon Bleu Careers Fair and on completing the Diploma, joined him at the Dorchester as a commis chef, working in the afternoon tea and cakes section, and she has since been promoted to pastry demi chef de partie.
Last year, Eleanor won the Annual Awards of Excellence 2024 Young Pastry Chef of the Year.
