Don’t ditch your favourite pâtisserie products because of food preferences or intolerances. This class will teach you about plant-based, healthier alternatives and leave you inspired to create your own delicious plant-based pâtisserie at home.
This 6 hour course covers some of the elements of pâtisserie that would normally rely on animal products. Our master chefs will explain the role of dairy products and eggs in baking and how you can substitute these for plant-based products, so you’ll be able to produce perfect vegan desserts every time!
Maximum of 16 participants per class, each with their own workstation.
