The perfect experience for the aspiring baker, the Bake & Dine: Plant-Based Breakfast Baking short course from Le Cordon Bleu offers participants a fantastic baking experience followed by an exceptional dining experience at Cord by Le Cordon Bleu.
During the course our Master Baker will guide you through the steps of using plant-based ingredients to bake delicious breakfast sweet treats, including both a brioche and a sweet muffin.
Everything you make is yours to enjoy on the day or take away with you. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
After this engaging session you will move upstairs to the restaurant where you can indulge in Cord’s exceptional three course Menu.
Class structure
Your day will be a mixture of in-kitchen demonstrations performed by the chef who is running the session and hands-on practical cookery, where you are guided by the expert teaching chef. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course.

- 2.5 hour group practical lesson followed by dinner at Cord
