Join Le Cordon Bleu London for a special guest demonstration with Rakesh Ravindran of The Cinnamon Collection on 2nd June 2026.

Since 2016, Rakesh has been working as Development & Training Chef for Cinnamon Collection that includes 4 other restaurants besides The Cinnamon Club. He has been working closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus for each site and is also actively involved in training programmes for chefs and sustainability actions for the company that resulted in Cinnamon Collection being awarded 3 Star rating in sustainability by SRA.

During the demo, Chef Rakesh will be covering sustainability, the use of spices and cooking techniques.

 

About Rakesh Ravindran

Rakesh joined Cinnamon Collection in 2002 after he met Vivek Singh, now Executive Chef and CEO of Cinnamon Collection, in Delhi. Over the next fourteen years, Rakesh evolved as a chef – moving from Sous Chef to Senior Sous Chef and finally Head Chef – overseeing a twenty-strong team at The Cinnamon Club.
Rakesh’s talents extend outside the restaurant, too. In demand for high-profile events, he has represented The Cinnamon Club at prestigious venues across the world, including Hotel Byblos in France, The Ritz Carlton in Indonesia, The Millenium Hotel in Germany, The Tivoli Victoria in Portugal, Forte Village in Italy and Park Hyatt in UAE, making Rakesh as synonymous with The Cinnamon Club as the food he creates.
