Over the last two decades, Nand has travelled across the globe, enhancing his culinary skills with passion and dedication. His gastronomic journey began in India in 1999, where he honed his skills in Indian regional cuisine while working within 5 Star Hotels. Under the guidance of the esteemed Qureshi Family, Nand mastered the art of blending spices and balancing flavours.


Now, Nand has decided to dedicate himself to The White Hart, where he aims to bring the very best of his culinary experience to patrons, offering large and small catering events, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties, either at their doorstep or at The White Hart itself. He also runs his own catering business, serving high-end clients, as another branch of his enterprise.
Chef Nand's gastronomic journey began in India in 1999, where he honed his skills in Indian regional cuisine while working within 5 Star Hotels. Under the guidance of the esteemed Qureshi Family, Nand mastered the art of blending spices and balancing flavours. Venturing further, Nand explored world cuisine aboard the Carnival Cruise in the USA, working alongside versatile chefs in French, Italian, Mediterranean, and South American cuisine. In 2007, he arrived in the United Kingdom, gaining experience in fine dining and Rosette standard establishments, including working under the leadership of Gordon Ramsay. In 2013, Nand embarked on his own venture, specializing in Indian and fusion concepts in Southall. His success led him to acquire a bustling pub near Heathrow, where he showcased his culinary expertise and gained popularity among locals. Nand's commitment to excellence led him to explore upscale volume-based catering opportunities, including exclusive assignments for high-profile clients such as the Hinduja brothers, Strictly Come Dancing crew, and Eastenders at Elstree Studios. His Indian street food stall at the renowned 2022 Chelsea Flower Show garnered widespread acclaim. He has been associated with CSR activities largely both in India & UK.
