Join Le Cordon Bleu London for a guest demonstration with Helen Graham on 15th July 2026, covering vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

Showcasing the kind of recipes which she developed in her career as Executive Chef at Bubala, she is focussing on two fantastic dishes (one vegetarian and one vegan): Wild mushroom chilli crisp, lime ricotta toasts and Cumin aubergine, coriander chutney & star anise caramel.
 
Helen is the former Executive Chef of Bubala, taking the business from a pop-up back in 2018 to two critically acclaimed restaurants by the time she left in 2023. As the creator behind many of the restaurant's best loved dishes, Helen's fresh approach to vegetables secured Bubala a reputation as one of the best vegetarian restaurants in London.

After leaving Bubala in 2023, Helen has gone on to appear on Saturday Kitchen, host pop ups all over the capital, write recipes for Ocado, Delicious, the Financial Times, and even cover for Nigel Slater in the Observer while he was on holiday. She's also worked for numerous brands across the food and fashion spheres on social media and brand activation events.

Helen has over 10 years of exprience in restaurant kitchens and besides Bubala, has worked at the capital's best Middle Eastern restaurants including Ottolenghi (also working in the notorious Test Kitchen) as well as being on the launch teams for The Barbary and The Palomar.
