Rohan’s Kitchen is a home from home of Asian culinary originality, inspired by classic Indian recipes built up from treasured childhood memories through to the present day. Rohan learned the importance of respect for established flavours, techniques and know-how from his mother. Rohan joined a culinary school in Scotland followed quickly by a role as sous chef at Hilton Glasgow. He went on to work at Cinnamon Club London and Gilpin Lake House. Rohan was a contestant on MasterChef the Professionals in 2016, where brought his Indian heritage to the fore in the contest, gaining the approval of judge Monica Galetti. Now with Rohan’s Kitchen, he has somewhere to share his adventures through authentic Indian flavours and pass on that first-hand experience for all that visit.
