Guest Chef Demonstration with Degan Septoadji

 

    Le Cordon Bleu London will be joined by Chef Degan Septoadji for a culinary demonstration all about Indonesian cuisine, in partnership with Indonesian Weekend.

    The distinguished chef and former Masterchef judge’s love for Indonesian food has brought him to cook at some of the world’s best venues, including the 3-Michelin star Restaurant Schwarzwaldstube in Germany, regularly since 2014. Degan was nominated as ‘Best Asian Chef’ at the 2012 World Gourmet Summit in Singapore, and he has since become Head Corporate Chef at the Padma luxury resorts in Bali.
