Exclusive Mexican Cuisine Workshop


On 21st May 2018, we are delighted to welcome two chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico who will be hosting this unique workshop on Mexican cuisine.

During this 2.5 hours course, you will prepare two traditional Mexican dishes made with local ingredients and discover some unique Mexican flavours. By attending this workshop you will benefit from Chefs Aldo Omar Morales and Cédric Carême's wealth of experience and their undeniable passion for food.

  • Pork Loin with Mole and Chicatana Ants
  • Three Milk Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

Included in the price:
2.5 hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron, and tea towel. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience. All of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
