This 3-hour class will teach you the following recipes:

  • Toasted sour dough, wild mushroom stroganoff, pickled cucumber
  • Portobello mushroom “burger”, smoked carrot ketchup, cassava chips

  • Make a mushroom based sauce
  • Pickle vegetable
  • Make a mushroom burger with a filling
  • Make a root-based ketchup
  • Make cassava chips
