During this 1-day course, you will learn to make two delicious recipes which include making gluten free sweet pastry dough and gluten free galette pastry, with delicious plant-based fillings.

By the end of this lesson students will be able to:

  • Prepare gluten free flour blends  
  • Prepare, chill and bake a gluten free pastry dough  
  • Use a Gluten free pastry to roll and line a tart case
  • Prepare, use and bake a galette dough
  • Prepare and apply an almond cream filling with poached fruits
  • Prepare a range of fruits for use
  • Apply a range of cooking methods to raw fruits (poaching and pan frying) 
  • Use knife to apply decorative cuts uniformly
