The Certificates

Learn the fundamentals in our Basic Cuisine Certificate where you’ll conquer cuisine techniques like using and integrating the right ingredients, trussing a chicken and much more; deepen your skillset with the Intermediate Cuisine Certificate, which will let you apply what you’ve learned at a higher level; and become a master with the Superior Cuisine Certificate.
