Cocktail evening with Cognac Frapin & Nazani Tea infusions
Le Cordon Bleu London are pleased to be hosting a Cocktail Evening with Cognac Frapin & Nazani Tea Infusions on Thursday 13th October 2022.
Cognac Frapin was founded in 1270, initially as vignerons, before distilling their wine into what we know as Cognac today. Uniquely, all grapes are sourced from their 240ha estate, based in the Grande Champagne area, then aged slowly in their cellars under Château Fontpinot.
Nazani Tea creates herbal infusions and tisanes based on the principles of luxury, integrity, and elegance, sourcing products sustainably from all over the world, looking at ancient traditions with a modern approach to improve one’s wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to taste cognacs from the Frapin range, Nazani infusions and four cocktails that combine both of them. You will leave with a newfound understanding of how to combine and accentuate flavours and to create delicious cognac cocktails at home.
The event will be hosted by Phil Duffy, BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionel du Cognac) Educator, and Arleen Ouzounian, founder of Nazani Tea and will take place at Le Cordon Bleu London. We will be demonstrating how these two terroir driven luxury products can blend together to create cocktails that are unique, out of the ordinary, and quite simply delicious.
