This 1 day class will teach you about plant-based alternatives and leave you inspired to create your own delicious free-from treats at home. From learning how to properly temper chocolate to making a perfect plant-based meringue, our master pâtisserie chefs will show you that the possibilities are endless with a little innovative thinking.
