Celebrate 130 years of excellence with Le Cordon Bleu, in partnership with Peter Pan Kookstudio, at a special cuisine demonstration in Amsterdam!

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef Colin Barnett will showcase the culinary and teaching excellence of Le Cordon Bleu London with a Roast & Smoked Duck demonstration, while Le Cordon Bleu London alumni will be available to answer any questions you may have about life as a Le Cordon Bleu student living in London.

What to Expect:

  • Demonstration of Roasted and Smoked Duck with Chicory, Miso Glazed Carrots and Orange Sauce.
  • Introduction to Le Cordon Bleu programmes and courses.
  • Q&A session on culinary education and career opportunities.
