This 1-day class will teach you how to make a cook with a variety of wholesome grains, incorporating them into several delicious dishes.
During this lesson students will learn to prepare:
- Rice crepes
- Salad and dressing
- Kibbeh
- Walnut dip
- Arepas
- Vegetable and bean fritter
- Salsa
Recipes included in this course are:
- Crispy brown rice and coconut crepes, beansprouts salad, chilli and lime dressing
- Bulgur wheat and spinach kibbeh, red pepper and walnut dip
- Saffron arepas, cannellini and courgette fritters, sweetcorn Aji salsa
