Guest Chef Demonstration with Michael Wignall

Chef Patron at the Angel in Hetton, Michael Wignall, visited Le Cordon Bleu London to provide the opportunity to sample several fantastic caviar dishes with champagne pairings. The evening was held in partnership with TheTasteLab and Sturia Caviar, for whom Michael is chef ambassador.

Guests at the event enjoyed watching as Chef Michael expertly assembled the delicate dishes and imparted his knowledge about the flavour pairings and tasting notes of the champagnes. Michael created two beautifully presented dishes, using fresh vibrant ingredients to compliment the caviar’s flavour, accompanied by carefully selected champagnes to further enhance the flavours for a true taste of luxury dining.
