Guest Chef Demonstration with Michael Wignall

 

    Le Cordon Bleu London will be joined by Chef Michael Wignall for a culinary demonstration in partnership with TheTasteLab and Sturia Caviar.

    Michael Wignall is a chef experienced in garnering and retaining Michelin stars for his retaurants, having taken charge of the kitchen at Waldo's Restaurant in Cliveden Hotel, Michael's Nook and The Burlington Restaurant at The Devonshire Arms. The established chef then moved to Latymer Restaurant at Pennyhill Park, taking it from two AA rossette to five and earning two Michelin stars in the process. Moving once more to Gidleigh Park, Michael also retained its two Michelin star status.
