Guest Demonstration with Maciej Pisarek

Join Le Cordon Bleu London for a special Guest Chef demonstration with Pastry Chef, Maciej Pisarek. 

Maciej Pisarek is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, having completed the Grand Diplôme with honours in 2021. He has trained in prestigious kitchens including Hotel Café Royal and Restaurant Alex Dilling, before joining The Savoy Hotel, where he currently works as Pastry Junior Sous Chef under Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Houchet.

The demo will focus on two of The Savoy's signature desserts: the production of an Eton Mess and and the plating of a Millefeuille.

 
An accomplished competition chef, Maciej is the UK Pâté en Croûte Champion 2025, winner of Young Chef UK by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and runner-up in the global final of the same competition. Earlier in his career, he represented his country at WorldSkills Kazan 2019, earning a Silver Medal in Cooking. His work is grounded in classical technique, precision, and refinement, which he will showcase in the demonstration.
