Gin & Tonic Masterclass

London

Gin has been the fastest growing spirit category in the UK for the past few years. There is more to gin than Gin & Tonic. Beside the juniper and the citruses, most of the gins will be made with locally foraged ingredients. We will also be trying the original ancestor of British gin, Dutch genever, both of which will be served neat to showcase the different method of production and the variations in botanicals. Participants will have at their disposal a large variety of garnishes, classic or not, and a large variety of premium mixers… The host will guide them to experiment with new combinations and flavours.
