The Institute of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce presents the course:La cuisine des amis sur la thématique de cuisine de fusion, a demonstrative class with a mix of Brazilian and French cuisines.

In this course the student will learn classic French recipes with fusion techniques to be applied also to Brazilian recipes, where everything that will be taught can be replicated in your home to your friends.
And at the same time that the student learns, he will taste Chef's Instructor preparations, all this wine harmonization.

On this day we will teach the techniques for quick preparations of: an Entry, Main Course and Dessert.
