Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo is the first Culinary Arts Institute in the World from the global network of Le Cordon Bleu schools to offer a professional course on Brazilian cuisine, and we are very proud of this initiative.

This innovative course on Brazilian cuisine was created by specialized Brazilian chefs and is taught in the same way as our global courses: using the method - Watch, learn and make - where students watch a demonstration of Brazilian cuisine by our expert chefs - followed by " hands-on "in our practical kitchens.
